We're five different guys with five different tastes.
Cryptica was founded in May 2004. The first year they only played covers. After many problems with the oppucation they began to write songs of their own. With these new songs they played 2 gigs, then their lead guitarist left them. Manuel Studer joined the band as rhythm guitarist. Cryptica played many gigs in this formation. In 2008 they recorded their debut-album "The Lonely Road" and made a huge release-party with 200 of their fans.
Their Lead-Guitarist Tom left the band in July 2009 because of his studies at bern. Luc, who was the bassist of the band took the job at the guitar and Rafael - a talented youngster from St.Gallen, became the new bassist of Cryptica. They plan some shows in this new formation.
