Crystal Requiem is a Progressive Metal band from San Cristóbal, Venezuela.
It began as a prtoject on February of 2007, when Froilan García (Lead Guitar)
left the Heavy Metal band "Guerra Santa".
Few time later, Carlos Álvarez (former Carnage drummer) and Franklin Márquez (former Fénix Bassist) got into the band to play with them. After that, Carlos helped to find the current vocalist of the band, Andrés Ramírez.
Then, in the second half of August, Carlos Álvarez (a great friend of us) had to quit the band, because he had to travel to Israel, and immediately, Luis Negrón (current drummer) got into the band.
At this time, the musicians of Crystal Requiem are creating and recording the songs which are going to be part of their first album.
On the other hand, the scent of the band goes from the classic Heavy Metal, Speed Metal and Trash Metal influences in order to find out a mixture with this variety of music styles; so, the musicians can apply their skills in the creation of the new songs, giving to them new shapes, so the songs can be enriched, from the simpler to the most complex things.

Crystal Requiem es una agrupación proveniente de San Cristóbal, Estado Táchira que se conforma en Febrero de 2007 de la mano del guitarrista Froilan Garcia, luego de haberse retirado de la banda de Heavy Metal Guerra Santa.
Al poco tiempo, Carlos Álvarez ex Bateria de Carnage y Franklin Marquez ex- Bajista de Fenix se integran al proyecto para dar vida a Crystal Requiem. Seguidamente, con la ayuda de Carlos Álvarez, logran conseguir a su actual vocalista Andrés Ramírez.
Para finales del mes de Agosto, desafortunadamente se separa de la agrupación Carlos Alvarez (gran amigo y músico) motivado a su viaje a Israel e inmediatamente entra a las filas del grupo Luis Negrón.
En estos momentos Crystal Requiem se encuentra en proceso de composición y grabación de los temas que estarán incluidos en su primer trabajo de estudio. Vale destacar, la esencia de la banda que va desde la improvisación del heavy metal clásico, el speed metal, el trash metal, entre otros para conseguir una mezcla con esta diversidad de estilos que son la influencia de cada uno de sus integrantes, y de esta manera poder aplicarlo en la composición de los temas, proporcionando matices y enriqueciendo los sonidos de lo más simple hasta lo mas complejo.

Igual =), hey me quiero enterar cuando toquen, yo soy medio caída de la mata y no me entero de nada pero me gusta mucho su estilo, si no fuera por alejandro no los escucho ajaj.
Y por cierto, desahuciado es muy de pinga, me encanta el ritmo asi medio trancado que tienen.
