CSN Hot Food Team Congratulations to CSN Chef John Metcalfe. Chef Metcalfe was named the Las Vegas 2009 Chef of the Year on Sunday, June 28, at the American Culinary Federation, Las Vegas Chapter’s Chef of the Year award ceremony held at the Palms. Chef Metcalfe is the 39th Chef of the Year and the third CSN Culinary Arts Program chef to be honored by the ACF. Photobucket
