Here's an idea for the next Social Justice Group movie screening. I saw it last weekend, and it's mind boggling, disgusting, and terrifying all at the same time. Not to mention how this stuff will continue to play an enormous role in how we approach our practice.
Adrienne and I represented at the Universal Healthcare march and I saw a play that y'all really really should see--'Into the Continuum' it is only playing through Sunday night at the Goodman. It is a two woman show that explores HIV/AIDS in Zimbabwe and domestically with wit and emotional power.
In response to the bulliten about social justice interest in graduate students research... I am doing my dissertation on a very similar idea - keep me posted! I definitely am interested in helping out with this.
