Our Website: www.calstatela.edu/orgs/hbs The Hispanic Business Society is a student-based goal orientated organization committed to excellence and improving the lives of Latino and non-Latino students. The organization began in 1982 in the College of Business and Economics at CSULA with the explicit goals of providing academic and personal support to improve the general well-being of all students on campus.

What we provide is an atmosphere where students can come together and share common goals while providing an efficient means of gaining practical knowledge in networking and social skills that will have an impact on their careers and lives.

Despite the name and the original purpose, our organization is open to all students in any major and any ethnicity. We are by far the largest student organization in the College of Business and Economics and the most committed organization at Cal State L.A.
