Influences
The first two albums were highly ambient in content, for reasons I'm not sure of given that I had no intention of making them that way. I suppose I could simply state "Brian Eno" and leave it at that, but they aren't terribly Eno-esque at all.
With the third album things have become more in line with the vision - to add whatever influences suit. Expect a slight air of dubstep somewhere. Expect some metal. Some vaguely rave-like qualities. Some progressive leanings. Some shades of the non-Western, especially gamelan. And hope it all works.
hey Ctrak!! yeah that song you listened too is pretty crazy, it took me 2 days too do the drums then bout a day to make up a bass and piano part!! anyway check out my new song the time signature is 5/4!! the program i use to make tracks doesnt have very full sounds to work with. what software do you use?
Sea Love, Sea Change, Sea Biscuit. Coincidence? I think not! I'm not sure I have not heard that one before, but I'll take it. Beck is the man! Thanks for listening. -Jason
