Can't WAIT for TWILIGHT! Less than two months until the big screen! Sountrack out November 4th!!! I just pre-ordered mine at Hot Topic.
Love the theatre - acting, directing, watching, painting sets, doing marketing for, anything and everything! Also love live music. I'm a great groupie and will go to see pretty much anything at the club/bar/dive of your choice. And I like shiny sparkly things. Like a crow. I've been told I have a future as a drag queen.

Music
Blue October is my current obsession. And LOVING Annie Lennox Songs of Mass Destruction.
BUFFETT!!!!! The Clarks, Indigo Girls, Counting Crows, Michael Buble, Harry Connick Jr., Barenaked Ladies, Jamie Cullum, Norah Jones, Culture Club, Huey Lewis and the News, Madonna (old school) Rick Springfield, Linkin Park, Evanesence, The Stickers, Brett Cain, Greg Joseph, Old Michael Jackson (how could Thriller NOT affect your life??). LOVE show tunes - RENT, Wicked, Avenue Q, Phanotm, Les Miz, The Last Five Years, Bye Bye Birdie, Grease, Hairspray... Coming from Kansas City I did get to hear some great jazz - Ida McBeth, Angela Hagenbach, Karin Allison. LOVE live music! Did I say that already?
Movies
When Harry Met Sally is my all-time fave. =) I <3 Redbox! Love my 80's flicks - Ferris Buller, Breakfast Club, St. Elmo's Fire, Pretty in Pink, Sixteen Candles, Goonies, Pump up the Volume, Heathers. Also love Garden State, Wayne's World, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Grease, RENT. Christmas movies RULE! Miracle on 34th Street, the Santa Clause, It's a Wonderful Life, The Grinch, Muppett Christmas Carol, Rudolph, Charlie Brown Christmas. Does anyone know where I can find A Claymation Christmas????
Television
Steelers Football. 'Nuff said.
Watching the debates. And of course, SNL. SO entertaining when the truth seems like fiction. LOL
Prior to the Olympics my TV was on TWICE all summer. Go me. =) Fall does have me sucked into some shows. Anyone have thoughts on the HBO series True Blood?
TOTALLY get sucked into the VH1/Lifetime/BRAVO reality shows - Project Runway, The Surreal Life, My Fair Brady. Oh and the TLC shows - Trading Spaces, Little People Big World, What Not to Wear, etc. (Did I mention I don't have cable?)
Books
The Twilight Saga. Breaking Dawn was fab. I'm a little sad it's over, but everything ended just the way it should have. I'm gonna read it again since I'm sure I skipped some key things in my rush to see what happened next!
Just finished The Host, but it's nothing compared to the Twilight books. And having just returned from the beach, it's full of sand. The library is gonna kick my butt. :)
My girl Lindsay lent me Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Loved the movie and since the new one's commin' out soon I'm gettin' ready! Make sure to check out the new issue of MODE - the local H-burg rag. My friend Gab and her hubby write for it! Thought Eat Pray Love was AMAZING! Did some serious reading at the beach last summer: Harry Potter (2 days baby!), The Secret Life of Bees and Where is Joe Merchant, the only Buffett book I hadn't read, which was officially baptized by the Atlantic Ocean. Other Reads: Love! Valor! Compassion! - Terrence McNally and I Have Chosen to Stay and Fight - Margaret Cho. The Jessica Darling books by Megan McCafferty (One more to come! Can't Wait!) I'm a sucker for chick lit. =) Love all the Jennifer Weiner books - Good in Bed, In Her Shoes, Little Earthquakes. Also fab - Jemmima J, Girls' Poker Night, Bergdorf Blondes. Buffett books are ALL good - but I'm kinda going backwards. Started with A Pirate Looks at 50, then did A Salty Piece of Land, and most recently, Tales from Margaritaville.
Heroes
My Momma - raising two kids as a single mother, then went back to school to be a nurse. Very brave. And she's REALLY good at taking care of people - likes being able to be with people when they pass on. My brother Nate is someone everyone loves - only good things to say about him. They call him the Mayor of Washington because he, like Mom, knows someone everywhere he goes! He's also done tons of work on mom's house, which looks great. Sharon, my bff, is an amazing mom and wife and a wonderful friend.

About me: I have a new sister and two new brothers! =)
Fall = Colorful goodness
So here's ME: native of Western, Pa, college in the hills of West Virginia. Moved to S. Florida, then back to PA. Lived in Kansas City, MO for six years, which I loved, but was over all the travel for weddings, showers, babies, etc.
I can't say I *JUST* moved to Central PA but I'm definitely still feeling my way around. I've been taking advantage of and much enjoyed the novelty of being able to drive home (little Washington) for the weekend, but have spent FAR too much time on the beloved Turnpike. LOVE my Ez-Pass! Thanks Nate!
LOTS of goings on this year, and I'm moving back to be a part of ALL of it! I WELCOME any tips on a JOB/house somewhere IN Western PA. =)
I'm a sucker for artists - musicians, painters, actors, designers, etc. Men who sing make me *swooooooooon* I also love dark hair and brown eyes - perhaps because I don't have them myself. =) Parrotheads, Steelers fans, current and future Pittsburghers welcome to apply. ;)
Summer is definitely my season. LOVE being outdoors!!! I found a secret spot right outside Hersheypark where you can hear shows at the stadium! *SHHHHH!* lol Went kayaking for the first time last summer- AMAZING!!!!

Speaking of girlz night - I had a great time with you on Friday night / Saturday morning. Couldn't have asked for a better send-off. Next time, I'm bringing MY Tarot cards! ;0) Love you much...
Yeah sorry, I'll email you over the weekend and give you the details. I didn't buy any SB stuff. I of course wanted to but I can't stand the color theme they have going on w/ the blue and green. It looks like Seahawks stuff-LOL.
Hey! Thanks! My fiance and I had actually talked about getting married beacause he is more than likely going back into the marines soon...but I was quite shocked when he proposed! I thought it wouldn't happen for quite a while! I'm so excited! How have you been?
Ah well, this has been my current adventure. Throwing all caution to the wind and playing a game all day is naughty when I should be working etc- Anyhow- hope you have a nice day!
