Singer and songwriter Cullen Miller seeks to transcend genre with honest, organic lyrics and soulful melodies, backed by strong, energetic pop-rock instrumentation. Cullen is a versatile artist and frequently plays shows in Lancaster with his band Stereoblind as well as solo, acoustic gigs for various music and art festivals. His recent performances include sets at: The Lanc-a-Dank Festival, First Friday and Music Friday events as well as shows at the Chameleon Club, the Prince Street Café and Mommalicious. The band celebrated the release of their self-titled EP in May of 2008. Currently, he is working on his first acoustic album with all original songs written and recorded by him.
Cullen was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and has contributed to the revitalization of arts and music that is currently taking place in his hometown and throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Now, after moving across the country to Los Angeles, CA, he is showcasing his smart, stylish songwriting to a whole new crowd. This talented young musician began developing his ear with his first piano lesson at age six. He then continued to cultivate his musical talents with additional training on the piano as well as guitar, percussion and voice lessons. In his teenage years, Cullen could be found as front man of band SunDown beginning in 2002 and then the rock/rap group Tomahawk Dog in 2004.
