Sounds Like
Poppies dancing, Ponies singing, magic wanding, diamonds ringing, the wind carrying a tune, a brass band under a full moon, a flock of geese winging east, global peace (to say the least) a world far more extraordinary, a visit from the hiphop fairy, hope uproarious as laughter, courage in facing the coming disaster.
The Culp children should thank their parents. Despite the worry that keeps them up at night, they did the right thing: they encouraged art.
Nick started playing the piano at 4, and at his first recital, he added an extra piece, his own composition. He never stopped playing the piano. He's probably playing it right now.
Miranda's road to music was a detour, arriving first at poetry and fiction, sculpture, installation, philosophy and when all hope was lost, she found music.
Nick quit high school, then he quit Barnes and Noble to study jazz and classical in Paris.
He got a certificate in Classical Piano at L'Ecole, Normale.
Miranda graduated from Goddard College and sold everything she owned to move to New Orleans, where she sat in with some of the city's great musicians.
Nick and Miranda reunited as a working duo in San Francisco. If pressed ,they'd say their music is characterized by a deep love for the old forms and a fascination with new technologies.
"When people hear good music, it makes them homesick for something they never had and never will have." -Edgar Watson Howe.
"A lot of people are singing about how screwed up the world is, and I don't think that everybody wants to hear about that all the time." -Mariah Carey.

Hi there The Culprits first of all we'd like to say thanks for being our myspace pal. We wanted to make sure you knew the reason incase we suddenly vanish off of your friends list. The movement we've started for indie artists has grown significantly and consumes all of our time these days. We seldom sign into our myspace account and this is making several people believe that we are ignoring them. We are not ignoring anyone, we wanted everyone to know that. What we're doing has become so busy we just don't have the time for myspace any longer, so in all honesty we are probably going to just close our myspace account.
Many people wanted to use us in the future so if you were one of those people make sure you bookmark the link below so that in the event that we do close our myspace account you won't lose contact with us. I wish you the best of luck in your music career. Thanks again for being our myspace pal.
We have also built a pretty big music community which you are welcome to join if you want to meet new artists like yourself!
