which will be on our next record, coming out this fall.

"Cup of Sun is an endless explosion of ideas.
Their music is serious poetry backed by intense musicianship.
My experience was that of not knowing what I was looking at.
It's like a building with many entrances.
Don't get me wrong.
This is not one of those multi-genre bands that will play a polka
right after a metal song and then freebird.
Not at all.
These separate entrances are constant.
It depends on what you expect to hear that moment.
If I had to sentence them to a genre, it would have to be the Blues.
They don't sound anything like the Blues but here's why I say that.
In Blues, you hear someone venting pain in order to feel better at the end. Sam's poetry is deep and real.
And no matter how unfortunate the sung scenario may be,
the feeling I'm left with is one of positivity and new horizons.
It's the kind of discovery that I want to keep in my car, in my room,
in my pocket, so I can show it to random people.
People who I feel could use it.
It would be like carrying with me a cup of sun."
