Curbside Jimmy and Washboard Jean are the sole surviving members of the Curbside Jug Band, which played out of San Antonio, Texas during the late 90’s. After the tragic and untimely deaths of the other band members, they continued to play as a duet, mostly at South Texas Festivals. Today they can be seen playing occasionally in the West Texas desert area between Odessa and the New Mexico border. Their typical audience usually consists of a few 10 to 30 folks drinking beer at a barbeque or small eating establishments.

"Not what we say about our blessings, but how we use them, is the true measure of our thanksgiving." A wish to my friend is to have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving with the ones you love.
As Thanksgiving Day rolls around, It brings up some facts, quite profound. We may think that we're poor, Feel like bums, insecure, But in truth, our riches astound.
We have friends and family we love; We have guidance from heaven above. We have so much more Than they sell in a store, We're wealthy, when push comes to shove.
So add up your blessings, I say; Make Thanksgiving last more than a day. Enjoy what you've got; Realize it's a lot, And you'll make all your cares go away.
