Music journalism and writing in general, reading in my lunch break, new music, buying too much multimedia, collecting interesting postcards, drinking, trying to save to move to Canada.

It seems a lot of people are leaving Myspace so I've set up a bunch of other music-based profiles... if you want to keep track of what I'm up to you can follow me or fan me or whatever it is those sites encourage. Come and say hi!
I'll still be here too of course, if this is your social networking venue of preference.
Its been selling faster than we expected, and we currently only have around a quarter of our stock left - so we thought we'd better you all know that if you want a copy then now would be a good time to pick one up! If you buy it from the link above then you're buying it direct from us, the label aren't taking a cut - so its a bit like Fair Trade for struggling musicians.
International mail-order is available, just follow the instructions.
Thank you very much, and sorry for making a mess of your profile. If its any kind of consolation, we don't have a MySpace bot, so I'm leaving these comments the old fashioned way. Three -and-a-half thousand of them. My life is so exciting.

I started off in a reasonable position but then tall people stood in front of me by which point there was nowhere to move to except the side. I ended up standing against the wall due to large amounts of boredom! Shame I didn't see Janet, that's the closest I'll ever get to witnessing Sleater-Kinney.
I'm still not ready to think about the future... I've been meaning to for years! Glad the Werewolf is thriving
You may link it wherever you desire, in fact, it would be very much appreciated. It isn't live just yet but it should be pretty soon. For now all the songs are streaming on my profile in the correct order
I just read your Bright Eyes review in issue 1 (somehow I missed it before!) and I had no idea anything was going on in the background because all I could see was about a centimetre of Conor's hair. Was a terrible gig though wasn't it? I hope this 'solo' album he's releasing is better.
cheers yeah the costs depend on the venue you chose and what it costs you to hire it, and also what abnds you wnt to play and what are you going to pay them and are they going to pull in a big enough crowd, so lots of things to think about but mine is only once every 3 months at the minute so i can cope lol
