Cursed Life is a goth/industrial band with touches of the ethereal and metal formed in 2005 by Syska and Alon Gordon. They then asked Matt to join them with guitar and almost immediately began playing CT music venues such as the Webster Underground, Flux at Gotham Citi, Ethos, Alchemy, The Mastication Show, and CBGB’s in NYC. In August of 2006, they took a brief hiatus to write more music, refurbish equipment, set up their recording studio and master their demo, which is now available by emailing booking@cursedlife.com
Born in Burlington, NJ and now living in West Haven, CT, Syska sings the haunting, harsh, unremitting vocals, a bit of bass and plays a large hand in programming and mastering the songs. He also wrote the lyrics for Cursed Life, which can be viewed in the blog. His favorite band is Fear Factory and he taught himself the bass.
Born in Westchester County, NY and living in West Haven, CT, Alon Gordon plays the keyboards, synthesizers and sequencers as well as engineering and programming Cursed Life’s unique sound.

Born and raised in New Haven, CT, Matt Pecoraro met Alon and Syska through mutual acquaintances and was invited to be their guitar player as the third band member. Also a self-taught guitar player, Matt loves music because it’s the easiest way to express himself and he feels it’s one of the things that he does best as an artist.
