| Biyografi | Curtis Fortier cuts to the marrow of twenty-first century society with the keen edge of his
observational humor. Drawing inspiration from the absurdities and pratfalls of his own
experience and the lives of his family and friends, Curtis dissects his own life with the skill of
a surgeon to expose the humor. With a wry and self-deprecating insight, Curtis has fearlessly
exposed his own vulnerability at college campuses and major comedy clubs all over the country. He has appeared in Las Vegas, all the major venues in Los Angeles and has performed for American servicemen and ..women with Comics On Duty in Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition to his stand-up act, Curtis recently guest starred on the ABC sit-com Rodney. The episode was inspired by his performances in the Middle East. Curtis also appeared in an advertising campaign for Nokia, the international telecommunications company. His stage performance appears in the documentary feature film Trekkies 2, which touches on his role in the satirical play Romeo and Juliet: The Last Battlefield. All of these experiences have left Curtis Fortier uniquely qualified to comment on American life with intelligence, compassion and wit. |

Calling Curtis J. Fortier a rising star on the comedy scene would be an understatement. He has performed in Comedy Clubs and at colleges all across North America. Curtis has opened for the likes of Bobcat Goldthwait, Margaret Cho, and "Weird Al" Yankovic. His energetic and unique style leaves audiences laughing in the aisles and begging for more. In addition to his busy touring schedule, Mr. Fortier has appeared on numerous local and national TV broadcasts, is currently in development on "White Boys", his own network sit-com in Los Angeles and can be seen in an upcoming independent film called "Broken Wing". A truly well rounded and captivating performer, Mr. Fortier is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
