It cannot be repetition because that implies time there is only one timeless true reality and its at this very moment with each moment dies and born again all at once silence and sound space and matter we are what the conditions have allowed us to be. The ego can not survive in the present thus negative pollution on the human psyche cannot either greatly improving the quality of our lives simply by detaching ourselves from our minds understanding that we are not our minds or our bodies but a stream of consciousness connected to EVERYTHING the end of suffering.

That being said, My son Ryder just turned 9 months on the 27th. He is a monster, crawling all over the place. Its amazing to see someone you literally created, learn and grow... I remember saying something like, "Oh my god I haven't seen you in so long and now you're seeing me like this" and then I blacked out.
