Yeah I have tryied hot bath always with Aromatheraphy sea salt,but it is do not help to much. I need rest or relax and most time take pills from pain. but am strong babe. no worryes it is not the baddest think wich have happend to me.
It is long story with my spine and not good. Had trauma in childhood from my father,then another trauma when I was a dancer. And now all the time I am stressed and tired it is so fucking heart.
