Biography

City Under Siege is a High energy power pop band out of Buffalo NY. This dynamic duo made up of John Wittlinger (lead vocal / guitar) and Ryan Wiesner (drums) have joined forces in recent months to form what is now known as the Band city under siege. Born out of the late night sessions in the studio what started as a party has turned into a full time job. After signing with Expat records in late December of 2010 the band has written and recorded their first full length album entitled "The End To Everything". From the first track you can tell there is something different about this band they are able to take you on a musical journey like no other spanning genres from pop to rock to dance to alternative all in one CD yet they are able to tie everything together with their unique writing style upbeat tempos and contagiously catchy melody's and hook that will drive you wild! starting from the first track "Always the same" that has a more alternative feel then going to "crazy" an upbeat catchy pop song that will get stuck in your head and never leave, and ending with " Lets Get this House Drank" A straight up dance song that will make you want to get up and move. All in All city under siege is a band on the rise with something to prove their hard work ethic and determination will be sending them straight to the top " The End To Everything" has something for everyone and will have you singing from start to finish. City Under Siege has toured the nation costantly and will be in a town near you in the coming months city under siege has shared the stage with such acts as The Rocket Summer, The Spill Canvas, The Sick puppies, John Ralston, sparks the rescue, the white tie affair, amely, the ataris, you me and everyone we know, driver side impact, the after midnight project, jet lag gemini, the hush sound, quiet drive , Hit the lights, action item, sandlot heroes, and many more!!
