CutMat records is home to the artists Dementio13, Cwtch and Sal Boca. We deal in eclectic electronic music with a twist.
Drawing on influences as diverse as Joy Division, Aphex Twin, The BBC Radiophonic Workshop and Can; Dementio13's music is an eclectic mix of post-rock, epic electro, old-skool acid, trip-hop and drum n bass.
Dementio13 has recently been involved in various collaborations and remixes with, amongst others, the following artists:
Hello Cutmat Records, Your hair sends forth a sheen remniscent of golden sunlight winding through shadows. You ever remind me of the enigma of happy thoughts I once forgot. You breath as delicately as vapors flowing towards an attractive flame. The skin I shed is a perfume that makes water bubbles so terribly clear to me. Your wonderfully bright soul keep the demons from torturing me. Your eyes show as many deep and full shades of fire as a thousand supernovas. All my thoughts are lost to your graceful gaze? The elves that play in the toasters wash their drum sticks in honey and sing strikingly colored anthems in perfect harmonious pleasure. If I could have just one wish, it would be to wake up to your songs in the morning. How it passes there and back again like a tear drop glistening in moonlight. I love your eyes, I know they can stare through my thoughts. Your sweet voice is like the application of aloe vera upon a sunburnt back. The sand runes crossing your divided consciousness do speak of contemptuous monsters being slayed by flying phoenixes.
I've uploaded a recent track to the Fame Games radio show, called 'Pine Forest'. It's a short library music composition - ambient electronica using cut up vocal samples, glitchy percussion and also a nice Mellotron sound.
I'll be most grateful if you can spare a moment to register your vote and help me get some radio play:
Sending love and best wishes to you and your family for 2008!
My "dan lo.fi" moniker has a quick favour to ask! - the Fame Games radio show have a best of 2007 competition.
If you can spare a brief moment to follow the link below and vote for "Dan Lo-Fi" in the "Best artist in style" category, listed under "Electronica", I'd be most grateful :)
