Cutting Strings (2005-2008)
as a part or as a whole, Cutting Strings has decided to break up. We want to thank every band that has ever played with us, and a very special thank you to Hull House, who has been playing with us since our early days. We want to thank T.W.F. for the recent shows with them, along with Blessed Not for our early shows. A huge thank you goes out to Sherman Sumner and the GK Center for providing us with a place to practice and record. Anyone and everyone who has helped us along the way and came to see us. To our early fans "Cut Sluts" to our recent fans from our new sound.
I would personally like to thank everyone i have played with in this band: Andrew, PJ, Chris G, Chris R, Robert, Will, Seff, and Andy. Along with those that filled in during member changes; Rowan, Mike, and Kyle. You guys have been so much fun to be with and have all become very close to me. I wish you the same happiness you have brought me.
-Leigh Thomas... CxS GtR.
Also, I want to wish everyone luck in their future music ventures. Rob and Andrew with their ideas. Andy with his new band. Chris R with Hangmans Riddle. And all others with their new projects.
Our sound was different and we have all just decided it wasnt the sound any of us wanted to do. So good luck to everyone. I love you guys!
