We so stand for the right to peacefully protest - for the purpose of educating the public on issues that concern animal welfare and rights :)
Just as those have the right to peacefully protest against cruelty and exploitation of the human race !
I no longer use language that accepts the current concept of animals as property, commodities and/or things. Rather than refer to myself and others as "owners" of animals, I now refer to myself and others as "guardians" of our animal companions and to animals as "he" or "she" rather than "it". I urge you to do the same.

And that’s not all. As one would expect of an organization founded by trophy hunters, the WWF does not oppose killing animals for sport. The WWF believes that culling (read “killing”) elephants and seals is OK, it supports the slaughter of whales by native tribes, and it refuses to speak out against steel-jaw leghold traps.

Animals, like all sentient beings, are entitled to basic rights in our society. Deprioved of legal protection, animals are defensless against exploitation and abuse by humans.

2. the right of laboratory animals to not be used in cruel or unnecessary experiments.
3. the right of farm animals to an environment that satisfies their basic physical and psychological needs.

5. The right of wildlife to a natural habitat, ecologically sufficient to a normal existance and a self-sustaining species population.
6. The right of animals to have their interests represented in court and safeguarded by the law of the land.

How would it feel to have no power to stop a very frightening and painful thing happening to you? How would it feel to cry and not be heard? How would it feel to be crammed into a box with say 30 other beings, and then go on a long journey with no food or water... How would it feel to reach the end of that journey and be thrown from the top of a truck? And how would it feel to then be beaten and skinned? And how would it feel if you were still alive...?
If you believe fur should be worn by animals and not by people... If you believe the fur trade is as dead as all the helpless animals caught up in it, then please sign the petition to give these poor creatures a voice and a chance to live.

If one isn't able to take on a dog, or cat into their home FOR THEIR LIFETIME, then they should not have it in the first place. There is no excuse for these thousands of dogs each year to be KILLED because of human selfishness and greed. Don't breed or die while so many homeless die, give one of these beautiful dogs a forever home !

More Abuse Revealed - HSUS undercover video that led authorities to shut down the Bushway Packing slaughter plant. This footage includes inhumane handling and slaughter of days-old veal calves.
NOTE: For years, many animal advocate groups reported to the FBI authorities some porno sites that contained media of sick perverted animal torture, including crush kitten/crush puppy, videos that any minor, child, or adult sex pervert, can download-ANYBODY can download. Despite pleas to shut them down, it was unsuccessful. They were ~never~ removed. Many of these videos were originally made in China or abroad and many people in the USA have copied and posted on their own web pages in the USA for their own twisted, perverted reasons, which individuals (including minors) do search engines and download this media--perpetuating this sickness and violence. "YouTube" and other media sharing sites, has contained depictions of cats being burned alive, and other animal torture, which any child, any pervert, anybody, can watch and the people who uploaded it was done for malicious perverted purposes.
Please make America safer. Say no to animal torture videos (with the outlined exceptions). Please protect our children from this violence, and to ensure the mental hygiene of America.
