CWUW empowers women to become proactive in their health by improving their mind, body, and spirit through education, advocacy, care and prevention.

Vision:

Indiana women and their families living healthy lives

Philosophy:

We believe that the well-being of women will determine the future well-being of families in Indianapolis and throughout Indiana. To this end, the Center of Wellness for Urban Women promotes prevention-focused health and treatment that engages women in various therapies and activities that nurture the mind, body and spirit.

Commitment:

We are committed to promoting the mental and physical, and social well-being of women through direct programming and partnerships with communities. These beliefs will be reflected in all policies, procedures, program development and funding mechanisms (decisions) that are part of any business done by, with or on behalf CWUW.
