CYCLOWNS BIKE TO BEIJING AIRED ON CHINESE TELIVISION
NEW CYCLOWN CIRCUS DOCUMENTERY MOVIE OUT NOW !!!
NEW DOCUMENTARY MOVIE TRAILOR
As for visual: though no one has ever seen any of his superior and meticulous animations, we all seem to dream in Jan --vankmaje, and then awake strangely, without ever discussing our night worlds. As for audio: the Chinese opera, in particular the percussion section, has provided us with all the necessary ingredients to create a cacophonous blend of skrunk jazz.

Imagine if Fats Waller and Sidney Bechet were taxi drivers in Istanbul... Peter Ralchev walks in front of their car as they ascend the steep hill heading towards the Tunel to find new clarinet reeds. Peter, understandably, is upset because they are driving too fast without regard to the rights of pedestrians or stray dogs. A heated argument commences, and Sidney Bechet pulls out a pistol and fires a shot in the air. The Beyoglu Belediyesi Polis come to solve the argument with a loud resounding "Yok," and tell them that music is not allowed on Istiklal Sokak. They say to the cop "Sen cok aptal!" and the cop moves them on. Now, united in their rage against the Belediyesi, they go to a cafe to get sick and their music is a cacophony of hot jazz and Bulgarska deedling. Nobody can make out a rhythm, nore a distinguishable melody.
We are not that good. Although we lack rhythm and melody, we are not of the professional status of the WallerBechetRalchev trio... Listen to find out....

Brains the magnitude of dingleberries. We travel by bicycles altered in such a fashion that our feet fail to touch the pavement while straddling the saddle. This occasionally presents us with certain problems with respect to local laws (unjust laws, in our opinion. We are trained professionals, of course!) but more often provides the adequate solution to those troubles we face at post soviet borders, in traffic against irritated rush hour drivers, or at fruit bearing trees and farm walls. Through 43 countries, a handful of autonomous regions and supposed countries recognized by neither the UN nor the rest of the "civilized" western world, crossed over a period of 6 years, we have somehow emerged with relatively few scars but a veritable phone directory of interesting, bizarre, clever, talented, religious, atheist, insane, and/or humorous people around the world that have enlightened us with their stories. Blowing hot jazz has brought us to the tropical climates of Asia and south towards equatorial environs of Indonesia and Jakarta. Having returned to the cobblestones of Europe on our bikes has given us great satisfaction eating smelly cheese and drinking wine. We are now planning our next assault on eastern europe and planning our next bike ride to New Deli !
