Beyond Limits - electronical old-school like JEAN-MICHEL JARRE, KRAFTWERK, KLAUS SCHULZE, TANGERINE DREAM (Berliner Schule), JOHN CARPENTER as well as Psychedelic Trance sounds like ASTRAL PROJECTION, MFG, GMC, SHPONGLE. Also much influenced by Rob Hubbard, Martin Galway and the legendary C-64 sound where I started creating musical structures on Protracker. Emotionaly open for Gothic moods represented by Gods like DEAD CAN DANCE and later in melancholic EBM like VNV NATION. Not to forget seminal FRONT 242... Nevertheless my musical mind is (still) fundamentally shaped by my progressive spirit represented by RUSH, SAGA, PINK FLOYD, MARILLION, MIKE OLDFIELD, IRON MAIDEN, JUDAS PRIEST, DEATH ...literaturally influenced by Hermann HESSE, H.P. LOVECRAFT, E.A. POE, Stanislaw LEM, Philosophy & Fringe Science; picturesque masterminded by H.R. GIGER., M.C. ESCHER ... my heart and mind is balanced for the bright and dark moments ... no matter what form or creation.... CYGNOTIC is my pure electronic project which is very much influenced by sequenced sounds in an associative style of JEAN-MICHEL JARRE, TANGERINE DREAM mixed in some tracks with the energy of trance elements. The transfigured atmosphere of analog sounds like blubbering MOOGs, brizzling ARPs and screaming NORDLEADs combined with the additive extension of musical scales through overtones are my passion. The trancelike, transcendental and ambient parts will be reflected by the mostly melodical driven Cygnotic structures. Bright Dreams and Gloomy Darkness will walk side-by-side in my synthetic lifeforms. ...... "The whole physical reality is formed from geometric harmonies.
