Cymbiotic were originally formed back in the mists of time... December 2002 to be precise. After doing quite well for a while with some well received demos (including national press and Radio 1 airplay) and gigs all over the UK, the band hit injury problems and eventually ended up taking a long hiatus throughout 2007 whilst figuring out what to do next...
Cut to January 2008, a new focus is found, a new rehearsal spot is located and Cymbiotic finally regroup to begin rebuilding themselves, vowing not to return to the live stage until they were ready. All through 2008 the band knuckled down, rehearsed, wrote songs and prepared themselves. With new equipment, longer hair and a determination to do something different, they entered Serafina Studios, Eastbourne in April 2009 to record the apocalyptic concept mini-album ‘Perpetual Devolution’. With producer Nick Kinnish on board (Architects/Johnny Truant), they knew they could get the killer sound they were after… and they did.
With the local album launch show in the bag, Cymbiotic are now on the hunt for any gig, any contact, anything to help them on to the next level. The music is out there and they intend to push it as hard as they can…

Hey Ben, absolutley no problem we loved every second of it, thanks for letting us play! If you ever need anyone to fill a slot don't hesitate to get in touch, hopefully have more stuff next time so we could do a longer set if need be.
