My name is Cynthia Holland and you have reached my solo project. If my name sounds the least bit familiar you might remember me from my old band From the Ashes . I was the lead singer/guitar/writer for that band; we played together for about 6 years. I loved every bit of that time with FTA and wouldn't change it for the world.
Since the winter of 2007 I have felt called to go into a different direction with my music thus leading to this solo project. God has called me to lead people into his presence with music through intimacy, whether that be leading worship or writing my own music. I have been playing guitar and singing since 2000. I started out playing in my youth worship team and then progressed from there. I have traveled and played in different states and festivals such as Spirit West Coast and Cornerstone. This is actually my first time being solo, so its an adventure. Hopefully you will join me in this journey and like what you hear!!
I will be getting new tunes up very soon!!! Let me know what you think!!!

~Reviews~
"From the Ashes frontlady Cynthia Holland has one of those jet-engine voices that practically does somersaults.
At times her voice is soft and inviting, as if it were spun from cotton, but then Holland rockets into a brassy wail and holds her notes dramatically, channeling both Grace Slick and Sarah McLachlan."
