The Lord is seeking BOLD men and women will worship Him in spirit and in truth, and those who are willing to set man's agenda aside to follow His. CYU is an acronym for Celebrate Your Uniqueness in Christ and was founded in 1998 on the premise that God is not a religion.

CYU IS A NON DENOMINATIONAL, NON RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION GRAFTED INTO THE VINE OF JESUS -- HE IS THE HEAD AND WE ARE OF THE BODY.

CYU boldly proclaims that all of God's Children are unique and perfectly created FOR HIS plan.

CYU IS NOT ANOTHER BAND DESIRING TO BE SEEN
Our desire is not to be seen, but heard! The Lord called CYU to present His Words of Encouragement for this generation through verse and tune and visual presentations (musical drama). Anyone who has ever shared a stage with CYU will tell you that we are humble helpers, totally reliant upon God's hand. We do not perform, we usher in the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Words of Wisdom and Knowledge: The Lord does not always make Himself known with bells, whistles, and cymbals clanging. The Spirit of God is Unique and reveals the thoughts of The Father as He wills.
