Darrell Kiedo began his career as an actor, comedian, and writer. He began his acting career as a teenager with the Blues City Cultural Center in Memphis, Tennessee. He toured the southeastern area of the United States performing almost three hundred shows in a year as a resident actor and member of the touring Company. Director Robert Townsend discovered Kiedo’s comedic talents by watching him perform in David Austin’s play “Rainbow." As for Stand up Comedy, he has been labeled as one of the hottest up-and-coming comedians around, he continues to perform and has Denver Convention Center performed for up to 10,000 people, Standup full capacity at the Wilshire Ebelle Theatre. WireImage and Essence Magazine, Movieline Magazine, Amazon.com with his first book, an interview with Backstage west, in 2005 he was named a new generation Friar by the prestigious Friars of Beverly Hills as an entertainer and member, He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
