yea, i'd never heard it before... but someone showed me tank live just for the alto cadenza at the end and i went and found it online... and that was the rule... you had to be in band to be in jazz band... but it was a stupid rule. there was this kid that did drums in middle school, but went basketball in hs... he was an AMAZING drummer, easily could have been top drummer in band... possibly made state... but he wasn't it band, so they wouldn't let him in jazz band... our bassist sucked ballz like the drummers... rhythm section was the main issue the final 2 yrs in jazz band... you and him should have been in it... we had to limit ourselves to the degree of difficulty because of them... Jazz is complete ownage... idk if you've heard of them, but Gordon Goodwin is the greatest jazz band out there now, in my opinion... just amazing tunes... heard of em? really? i didn't know there was a bass solo in there, i guess you threw it in cause you could! hahaha... that's always fun to do..
Tank Live is one of your videos? awesome stuff! we played this in jazz band at judson... pretty ownage! especially the alto solo... got screwed by the range... lol, i found the entire score online and downloaded it... of course we used the school ink to print it...
there seems to be a belief that Obama is some sort of savior, especially for black people, just because of the way he looks. Therefore it is acceptable to them for him to kill capitalism under the guise of stimulus. He can't do wrong because he is black, so he can't be scrutinized. The blacks and those suffering from white guilt cheer him on while the weak quietly take a seat and allow for the end of America. It's good to hear criticism from a black woman to show the so-called progressives that it's not a matter of race.
