first got interested in American rootsmusic back in 1969 at the age of 14,
buying his first LP, a compilation on Blue Horizon titled In Our Own Way/Oldies
But Goodies. That became the start of a continuing interest in American rootsmusic.
In the late eighties he got involved in the Hogtown News
magazine and was editor of Its Mojo Music Time. Early 1994
Dr.B started compiling and presenting the Mojo Dreams
radioshow, in the meantime one of the longest running independed shows in
Belgium.
