Hi, we're a rockband from Lucerne, Switzerland. Our name is "Dada Ante Portas" and we are great. We believe. We've been rocking for 10 years and that is remarkable after all. Most bands split after a while because
a) even if you play in a rockband you don't get all the girls.
b) the clubs won't let you play unless you are famous which you might become if you play in clubs. Otherwise you'll never get the girls.
c) after a while it's not your parents only telling you to do something that actually pays. It's also the girls waving while sitting in Peter's sports car. And Peter was the biggest loser of the whole school. However, studying economics pays out better than rocking the nights away in your rehearsing room.
But Dada Ante Portas have overcome a) to c). Peter eats our dust. He's got his sports car still. But who gives a damn about sports cars anyway?
Instead we have and had:
a) the Dada-van
b) three Top 3-records (in Switzerland) and above all a fifth and AMAZING record, fresh out the factory
c) hits, hits, hits! (even more on the new record)
d) four great tours through Switzerland which were great due to our great fans
e) many gigs in Germany, Denmark, France and Austria. Austria rocks!
f) another tour that starts soon and will surely lead us to Austria again. Austria rocks!
g) ourselves: Pee (voc), Lukas Schaller (gui), Thommy Lauper (drums), Luc le Bo (gui,voc) and (just live for the moment) a new bass player: Géza.
h) "The Theory of Everything". That's how our new record is called. Did we mention already, that it is GREAT? If you're interested in the theory of everything, you can buy it on i-tunes. It's that simple. And by the way, it entered the charts at position 2... which is the best entry ever for us.... check THIS RECORD OUT!

Grüezi zäme,
Der Sommer verzieht sich so langsam aus dem Lande. Die Tage werden kürzer und die Nächte länger. Speziell die Nacht vom 31. Oktober. Nach einer durchaus angemessenen Verzögerung von ca. 5 Monaten haben wir es nun doch noch geschafft unser Album aufzunehmen. Die Finger wurden blutig gespielt, die Nächte im Studio durchgemacht, die Körperhygiene auf ein Minimum reduziert und die Freundinnen vernachlässigt. Instrumente, Zeit und eine Handvoll Kleingeld wurden unter den Arm genommen und im Studio zu einem 12 Songs langem Album mit dem Namen "Unleashed" umgewandelt.

Thanks a lot for the add! EletriKa sounds completely different from any Metal band you have ever heard. The Brazilian rhythms and the Portuguese language added to the songs makes its style unique, giving birth to a new kind of Metal. If you are really looking for something new about Metal, you should check EletriKa out!
