Rising from the ashes of a failed recording session in John's garage with Rasputin and the Mad Monks, John and Bob, out of utter boredom and need to play, decided to put another band together. They needed a drummer and so their friend Brendar elected himself to fill that void (having only "messed around on drums"). After a handful of practices, the band needed a name and eventually settled on The Dead Army. So now, with a freshly recorded 5 minute EP, they plan to join the local scene and reek some much needed havoc!!!
Present Day
The Dead Army had practiced, become well versed in many original songs, written between Bob and John, and all the while we all aspired to do what we thought was right: record, play, have fun, eat brains, etc. Alas, all things that go up come down, and the light that once was is now lost as much as anything else beautiful in this world. Today, we are currently trying to get back together and unleash some much needed chaos, entropy, and all those lovely little evils, vices, and sins that we manifest each and every day.
