I love oldies rock-n-roll... Unfortunately not most of the stuff thats on the radio now.
I enjoy lots of the country, soul, Celtic, etc that is played.. but my favorites are stretched between now and oldies, and it's very tough to find channels that carry a high percentage of like verses dislike.
I love to sing, and have sung in local pubs in the past, but have had very little time since marriage to practice this craft. - However, I've now discovered online Karaoke Sites, where I go to have fun!

I do love a very wide variety of music... even spoof music from Wierd Al... and I just came across a video that I havn't seen in a very long time.. that is rather.. unique.. Enjoy!

Well, Corporate stinginess has pulled the video from YouTube.. but it can still be seen at the following location.
Now you just have to pay by watching an ad first, and then a poorer quality video.
What can I say, I'm big on anti-piracy.. but you can't BUY the video.. and when it was on YouTube, it could be viewed, but not saved... I think the corporation would've been better off to leave it for advertisement, rather than pull it.
The same for some really great 'October Project' videos.
I'd never heard of that group before I found them on YouTube, and quickly added the videos to my favorites, and the albums to my x-mas list.
When the videos were pulled, the albums were REMOVED from my X-mas list.
Movies
Almost anything Sci-Fi or Fantasy.... I wax too poetic when I try to actually name them.
And I haven't been to any movies at the theater for the last 3 years, due to child and monetary issues.... So DON'T ask me how I liked the new X-Men!! (or whatever)
Television
Anything Sci-Fi, Fantasy.
I was raised loving Star Trek... Don't ask me how, since I had to sneak around to see anything Fictional... My father thought all that was worth watching was documentaries, and old war movies.
I still like the Food network, believe it or not.
Books
I love too many Sci-Fi/Fantasy books to name.
Let me say just a few things though.. Pern. Darkover. Xanth. Gwynedd. Middle-Earth. Many Many other such places where I've lived and loved.
I also enjoy things such as the Harry Potter Series.
Heroes
The Dragonriders of Pern. The Renunciates of Darkover. The.. Oh.. You meant real people??
Well... Everyone involved in the production of Star Trek, the Original Series, for starting something not just for our viewing pleasure, but to make people get off their buns and invent the everyday conveniences shown there...
Good Moms and dads everywhere, for what they put up with, and how lovingly they do so... in the process, bringing out the good individuals that will be the next generation's heros.
The Firefighters and Police that are out there everyday.
Except when I'm getting an 'Expired Inspection Sticker, Forgot Proof of Insurance, Going one mile over the speed limit' ticket.... At those times I don't feel cops are very heroic... Then I realize the busted up car I'm driving resembles one I just heard about over the radio that there's a robbery warrant out for.. then I appreciate them again...
Too bad they don't fly on fire-breathing dragons, though.
I'm a new Mom, and a Gamer, with a New Business of my own, and no real job. Not my fault. :) My last job closed down and moved outta town.
I create art, as I have the time, and I create logos and graphics for people by request.
I also have Cafe Press shops that I am beginning, where I create designs I find interesting, Awareness designs, because I'm ethically compelled too, and designs that are requested by customers.

Who I'd like to meet: In my experience, everyone will often think of wonderful ideas for T-Shirts and products, that if they could find, they would buy.
I would love to meet people who want items such as this, and help them obtain that personalized item that is their brainchild.
