1995 anno domini...
Deeply impressed by old Rotting Christ, Darkthrone and Immortal albums, Dejan (guitar), as well as Chrissi (drums) and Johannes (vocals) - both from Black Eternity - decided to found a fuckin' 3-member black metal band called DAEMONOLATRIA.
After a couple of rehearsals, the classic 3-member line-up was supplemented by a keyboard player. The first few songs were made. The job of the vocalist and the drummer changed several times, and finally DAEMONOLATRIA took a creative break.
2001, the remaining core of the band, Dejan (guitar), Chrissi (guitar) and Hügel (keyboards/vocals) started home-recording the first official 8-track demo called "GONE UP INTO FLAMES".
Still after that the band decided to give everything they had once again and to find new bandmates. Soon Domi joined as bass player and later took over
the lead vocals, so the position of the "frontman" was perfectly filled.
Still without a talented drummer, Stefan took over the job in 2006. The newest sprout in the line-up fit in well since the beginning and brought fresh blood and ideas to the band.
2007 the band started the songwriting for the first still untiteled long-player which will be finished and released in autumn 2008.
Get prepared for a kick-ass album with high-melodious guitar riffs, thundering drums, crunchy bass, atmospherical synths and a voice coming straight from hell.
