| General | Anything artistic- I love getting knee deep into an art project.
Firefly & Serenity.
Good music.
Baking- I espically like to make bread. Both quick breads and yeast breads.
I also read. A lot. | | Music | Just about anything- excluding rap, hip-hop, and the like. Also excluding a good ammount of music from the eighties.
Right now I'm mostly into things like Flogging Molly, Boston, They Might Be Giants, and Dispatch.
I also like country music, and have met Big & Rich, Josh Turner, and Derrick Ruttan :) | | Movies | I like a wide variety of movies including Serenity, The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys, Moulin Rouge, The Matrix Trilogy, Starwars, The Shawshenk Redemption, Stand By Me, Run Lola Run (Lola Rennt), Minority Report, Down With Love, and Waitress | | Television | I rarely watch TV- like maybe once a week. I typically watch movies, or the whole series of something on dvd. TV shows I liked when I had enough time to watch TV included CSI, Firefly, The X-Files (way back in the day!), NCIS, and The Simpsons. | | Books | Anything by: Francescia Lia Block, Douglas Adams, Tamorah Pierce, or Jean M Auel. Also, Stranger in a Strange Land, Memoirs of a Geisha, Nemisis, & Harry Potter | | Heroes | I've got a few people I look up to, but no one I'd really call a hero. |

About me:
(I hate these about me things. I never know what to write)
Well, I'm 23, married, and I work at a coffee shop and absolutely adore it. Being a Barista rocks. 5 years now and counting, and I still don't drink coffee!
I'm a fiber nut. I knit, crochet, and spin. I finally got my spinning wheel so I'm making my own yarn now :) I also like to sew and own 5 sewing machines. All of them are older than me, and 4 are older than my grandma. IMO, Cast iron is the only way to go when it comes to sewing machines.
I've got about 3 semesters of college left, but I'm currently on indefinate leave of absence while I straighten my life around. I study art and psychology.
I am a dork, I am a sci-fi & fantasy nut, and my week is not complete if I havn't read at least 5 books. maybe 4 if they are really long books.
I take Kung Fu. : ) Thus I am small, but deadly...
I am a Browncoat. I have a major obsession with Firefly & Serenity. I also enjoy many other things Nathan Fillion has done and applaude him for the superseceretthingy. (Thanks also to Martin Firrell for that. Go. Watch it. Take Part.)
