i was born in accra, ghana, to a hungarian mother and a ghanaian father. i grew up in accra with 2 siblings and a heavy dose of music. From the times of nursery school, i was active in all kinds of creative expression like traditional drumming and dancing, poetry recital, acting, singing and playing.in primary school i took part in the writing and acting of school plays and performances.In secondary school i made a name for myself as being the mc, host of large school parties and events. i guess you can say that i love the stage.
i began my musical journey unnoficially in 2001 in Budapest Hungary. A chance meeting with dj mango, dj bosi and other well known hungarian underground hip hop and dancehall djs and mcs bloomed into a tight friendship and working relationship that was based around freestyle hip hop.the crew ,gimmeshot crew, at the time ran a weekly dancehall, hip hop night in a local budapest club. Microphones were passed around and anyone daring enough and good enough to shake the crowds was welcome. i immediately felt at home with them and this relationship gave birth to sena’s and gimmeshot record labels first release,”sena first one.”
The album became an instant success in the underground scene in hungary and resulted in a boost of performances and live shows for the years that followed. Although the album was not distributed outside hungary, it managed to reach hands and ears all over europe and in ghana. The tracks on the album were made by hungarian producers and musicians including modul( of gimmeshot crew), yonderboi, zsagar, absolut, polski,superbeat, marcel , bands: kamu and skeg,and featured other guest mcs from the hungarian underground.(bobakrome, busa, kemon,hibrid,interfunk, rapa and others.
The years following the album release saw me working with many musicians from many different genres, including the improvisation abstract hip hop band skeg, balkan funk jazz band kamu, austrian dzihan and kamien of couch records, dj cadik, djvadim of bbe records,easy life natural,sabrine el hossamy(darbuka player from turkey),dj spider and the colourblind allstars, dj cadik, irie mafia reggea band , dizko stu,barabas lorinc eklektric ,reggie rockstone,wanlov the kubolor,refractory,andmany other wicked artists, djs, performers,lyricists,wonderful people.

im about 80% sure i saw you yesterday at bp airport :D if it was (or wasnt) you, just want to let you know, IT MADE MY DAY! i just moved out of home and was crying and shit. and smiled that i saw the person thats inspired me in my musical aspect just before i left the country. keep on rocking! J ♥

November 20-án új helyszínt próbálunk ki és felforgatjuk a Kuplungot! Az estét a 2 kellemes hölgyből álló Misandry duo indítja el. Hogy hatékonyabb legyen a dobhártyaszaggatás vendégül hívtuk TMX-et a Kollektivából, akit nemrég Tommie Sunshine, a színtér apafigurája, kötött le. DJ Palotai pedig újra megmutatja, hogy még mindig egy lépéssel mindenki előtt jár és zenei eklektikája utánozhatatlan. És természetes mi is ott leszünk, veletek együtt! Line-up:
