Hello otter pops, this is Dagger Van Gogh, named after Vincent Van Gogh, because he is the band's muse and a true punk at that, but dont let that pass any judgements, "PUNK IS DEAD."
The band self released their first Lp in January 2005 called " Nervous System ." Which was hailed as a Sonic Youth meets Nirvana and a bunch of other 90s bands / grunge / noise rock LP [ whatever ]. It was played on local radio station KXLU 88.9, and loved by their peers and fans in the valley and in Los Angeles.
They also released BLOOM EP in August 2006 with much acclaim and a tour, where they won the hearts [ tips, dank buds, alcohol] of new fans.
The past band member's were made up of Jesse Avila, the guitarist / vox, who played a great noise with his guitar that one can't help taking drugs to comply with white noise and Chris Moore, the drummer, who bought his first drum kit with money he got from a spinal tap.
Now current member Aaron Bustos bass / vox who lets say has gone through many basses[ he enjoys smashing them a little too much from time to time ] is searching for new members for recording sessions / shows / hell be in the band / anybody is game for a new project where Dagger Van Gogh will be based more on collaboration.
In summary, " Pure noise, pure shit, pure bliss."

I saw Flava Flaaaaaaav at the Burbank airport with his 100 kids and surprisingly enough, he likes to drive his own caddy. True story.
I also think Dagger Van Gogh is the nazz. Yeah. YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS!!
