   About The G-nomes
It all started back in 1902, when a small family of three migrated from middle Nomisburgvilleland to the great state of the America. At first they were shunned by the people of Nantucket for their funny smells and seemingly rude appearances. However, soon they found friendship in the sockery business and so began the history of the G-nomes. Over three generations their offspring migrated from sock mastery to song debauchery. Now their closely guarded family recipe for powerpop-funk-rock has become a widely sought after equation for pain relief and soul softening. The only surviving members of the G-nomes grand family line are Sir Joseph Hopkins Esquire and Adam "mister" Stamper. The two met in 1994 and soon relized their combined genetic structures. This realization inspired a revolution in the G-nome sound and soon the duo had finished a number of projects under the family name. Unfortunately in 2003 the two had a "difference of opinion" over the correct coloring of some unknown soup products and they had a "falling-out." Stamper moved to our nations capitol to seek refuge from nature and pursue his solo work under the pin-name "mister." while Hopkins Esquire jolly ran to the tropical heaven and fountain of youth known as Floridias. There he too continued musical labors by converting a small widget factory into the technological wonderland of the "Midget Factory." Over the years they slowly made amends and now there is new hope for the family bloodline.

oh cool, I went to school for New Media for one year myself and have been a design enthusiast for as long as I can remember ... as far as Megatwerp goes, it is a net label and the artists generally handle their own selling and distribution of albums .. most albums available on Megatwerp are free

As far as my album goes, I've sold 40 or so copies so far ... considering I had 1000 pressed I am very disappointed so far and hope I can keep trying to reach more of an audience ... haha

I think you`ll enjoy this norwegian band. Take a look at their vids and pics and you`ll get a glimpse at what they did to us at the concert in our local club! One of the guitarist in the band is Single Unit, and the drummer is from Jaga Jazzist, all good friends of Next Life. Check`em out!!
