Guitarist Daisuke Kunita was born in Sapporo Japan in 1980.
He took his first classical piano lesson at age of 8. And at the age of 17 he started to play the guitar.
In 1999 Daisuke moved to United States to enter Berklee College of Music in Boston. Since then he has studied with Wayne Krantz , Bruce Bartlett,
David Fiuczyinski and Mick Goodrick.
He graduated from Berklee in 2003 with Bachelor of Music. in Performance Major. Since graduating he had been playing around Boston area and working at Berklee as a staff. Also studied with Charlie Banacos.
He backed to Japan in 2005 Spring. He got jury's special award in Gibson Jazz
Guitar Contest in October 2005
he has been playing and working as a proffecional guitarist mainly around Tokyo.
also Daisuke has been working as a guitar instructer at YAMAHA
Music School and ESP MUSICAL ACADEMY.
