Stripped down to just piano and voice, Daisy's songs weigh heavy with a haunting beauty and romantic intensity. With a voice that ranges from a whisper to a "herculean howl", new album And There Shall Be None chronicles relationship breakdowns, where intimate moments give way to sonic vocal blasts to highlight the tempestuous affairs of the heart.
With the starkness of Greg Simmons' lyrics, these songs are far from gentle ballads, but instead are tales of dark hearts told through Daisy's passionate voice which brings goosebumps to the skin.
Recently back from a tour of the States and Germany, Daisy now embarks on UK dates and is planning a tour in Germany with Scarlatti Tilt, through label, Dandyland.
