Pretty much anything except metal and rap. I mostly listen to country and am a HUGE Dierks Bentley fan. Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Craig Morgan, Sugarland, . . . . you get the idea.
Movies
Again, pretty much anything goes. I'm not much for horror or sci-fi though. I have too many favorites to list here.
Television
All of the CSIs, Two and a Half Men, House, Bones, Criminal Minds, any college football game, any NASCAR race I can find. (Yes, I really do watch too much television!)
Books
Anything - but my favorites have to be mystery/romance novels.
