DAITA started his career as a guitarist of SIAM SHADE who made their debut in October, 1995. SIAM SHADE released 16 singles and 9 albums from Sony Records and broke up on March 10th, 2002 passing 6 and 1/2 years since their debut. Their final live in Nippon Budokan is still legendary which marked the audience record of Budokan ever. After that, he started his new career as a solo artist.
In 2002, he wrote the original sound track for the Japanese edition of a Korean movie called “Volcano High”.
In September, 2003, he formed a new project and released an album “DIRECT CHORD” which was only available in online shops and in November, released “EUPHONY” which was his first solo album from the major label.
There has been many works following those.
Besides his solo activities, such as gigs, live DVD release, and so on, he has been playing guitar in tours of Kyosuke Himuro, one of the most outstanding and influential singers in Japan, and performing and songwriting for many artists.
In May, 2005, he attended the live of G3 in Japan which featured 3 mighty rock guitarists led by Joe Satriani (Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, John Petrucci) and has performed as first Japanese “G4” guitarist.
Also in 2005, he formed BINECKS featuring not only his guitar but vocalist. In June, 2007, they released their first album “Sacred Vision” and had the first release from Imperial Records in May, 2008.
