Dale Butler is a singer/songwriter from the town of Leamington On Canada. A good story teller and guitarist, he performs a variety of music including a blend of folk, country and gospel. He has been in several groups through the years and has been featured in several cable TV shows as well as CHYR and CBC radio. Dale started writing songs around 1976 when he lived in London Ontario and performed regularly at Change of Pace coffee house and also performed at Home County Folk Festival. He won a talent search contest in London Ontario in the category of Folk Music. Dale is a founding father of the Essex Kent Bluegrass old time folk music Association in Essex County.
Dale Plays Solo acoustic gigs, as well as having a band with guitar,banjo ,dobro/mandolin and bass.
Dale currently has 2 cd's of original music as well as 5other cd's and 4 dvds Dale plays solo shows as well as with 4pc band and 6pc with 2 backing vocalists.... we play church fundraising concerts.. senior homes... parties.. dances... anniversaries... house concerts... coffee houses...
