Scott (spooky) Mensching is an accredited and licenced music writer, producer and publisher with ASCAP, the drummer and founder of the Moon-Rays "America's Spookiest Hipsters", who have recorded music for numerous B Movies as well as the theme for the upcomming film "The Ghastly Loves of Johnny X" Their album "Thrills and Chills" won the JPF Music award for best album in 2006 over 30,000 submissions. They are also possibly the only Halloween Swing band in the world... The newest project is the surf/rock band the Blue Zombies that you can find plauing in the Chicago area.
