Dalet-Yod started off as a simple duo of Guitar and voice with Miska Kazda and Steve Piscione, but evolved over the years to include the rich sounds of bass and keyboards as well as percussion. The essence of Dalet-Yod started with an acoustic guitar and a sirens voice. In fact This is how we got most of our following. From simple acoustic performances. But things started to change with the access to new and very pretty equipment. This has brought about much more life to the music, and allowed experimentation to occur. With the addition of Joel Hickman and Rich Maier, a harsher, yet melodic sound has occured
