Meeting at a studio in 1997, veteran noise bassist Tony Gordon (Zandosis) takes the young and spirited drummer Dale W Miller (Palomar) under his wing and shows him the ways of truely playing free. Over years of playing together in various combos including the massive ensemble CHARLIE PARKER to spoken word artist the Mikel K band to various free improv combos they have finally come together strictly as a duo to release their debut album.
Recorded in Fall 2005 at Loiter Studios in Williamsburg, Bklyn and mixed Fall 2006 in Los Angeles, CA by Erik Colvin for the Atlanta label Old Gold Records, this self titled debut is set for release in early 2007.
Also there will be a Blaise Siwula/Dale W Miller/Tony Gordon/Jeff Hayden Shurdut release on Cadence records early in 2007 that will feature 2 bonus tracks from the duo.
New recordings being done Mid-July '08 and have been released April '09 with a split with I HEART LUNG on the Ecstatic Jazz Duo Series 12" Vinyl by Thors Rubber Hammer.
