I have been follow Stars since 99' They have always been a class act team. Not a goon squad. The hit on Turco a few weeks ago was a mild hit and Marty takes care of himself. So why go start a line brawl and get supensions, and hand the other team power plays, when they were trying to make playoff's. Tippet has done a great job for all the team indored this year with almost every top player going down. Neil and Louie kept us in the game on most nights. Randy Apr 6 2009 7:09 PM Honestly, we need a derian hatcher again. There would have been no one stepping into hatchers doghouse in the past even thinking to push us around (ask JR). Now even marty has to hold his own against what's in front of him. Only Ott hits with the crowds applause. We have offense and defense when we're heathly, but no one to protect them against it. Morrow is our captain, not our enforcer. Alan Mar 25 2009 3:17 AM Well once again I have the same complaint about this team. Our goalie gets checked and the person that runs has nothing to worry about. If this were any other team in the NHL that person would be a marked man, but not here. We hand out a get out of jail free pass instead of a butt whipping. What happened to this teams backbone and the team point of view that we take of our own? Unforgivable, Tippet should lose his job for no other reason than that. Bring back Guy he knows what it means to take care of a teammate! Tippett I have always had your back, but not anymore we look soooo weak and now every team in the NHL has no fear of this team.
