About me:
Damaged Records opened it's doors with the express intention of serving the local (Cardiff, Wales, U.K.), and not so local, punk/hardcore community with quality musical merchandise for competitive prices, and as a common ground for people to meet, talk and exchange ideas.
Being very much a do it yourself, hand to mouth, operation, the opening hours are limited to 12-5pm on Fridays and Saturdays, but still, ten hours a week is enough time, if you have the energy and inclination, to pop in and pick up any number of new, used or rare records, CD's, cassettes and DVD's, not to mention new a large selection of t-shirts, books, fanzines, badges, patches and stickers.
As well as larger distributors, Damaged Records deals direct with labels and bands, both locally, and from all over the world, to find and supply music and related ephemera, extremely difficult to find through more mainstream high street outlets.
