He opened the email with a click of his mouse. Without warning, his monitor screen shattered. Snakelike cords emerged from the cracks, gyrating wildly, seeking his face. He screamed and tried to stand, until he saw that his hand had MELDED WITH THE COMPUTER MOUSE! A bloody bulb was all that remained, connected into his machine. He yanked back. The cords grabbed his face and bit into flesh, worming into his skull, attaching themselves to his neural synapses like greedy parasites. With his last emotion -- blind horror -- he opened his mouth to scream. All that came out was a digital voice, repeating over and over: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY..."
I know I am! I just hate the fact that comics are soooo slow. But as a big fan of Gargoyles, Im just glad its back in *any* official medium and its being worked on/written by the same passionate person/people who did the show, so the quality of story telling is going to be good, and not some rehash just for the sake of making a buck.
Heyas, I forgot to comment back about Gargs...yeah it was one of the best animated TV shows...*EVER*.
I miss it too, but did you know its back in comic book form? The story is continuing after season 2. Its being run/written by Greg Weisman too. The actual guy who created and mainly wrote the direction for the story to begin with. I have issues 1-5. Its pretty good. I buy them all in a row each year I go to comicon and have Greg sign them all lol.
I highly recommend the comic book if your interested in seeing the story continue.
