Ryan was issued $20 Million bail. The highest in US history for one count of Murder.
Shocking clips from police interrogation tapes show how police spoon-feed details to Chuck Erickson to get a false confession, landing Ryan Ferguson, an innocent young man 40 years in prison. No evidence, no memory, no motive to tie either of these two young men to the murder. Erickson had a dream that he might have somehow been involved. He told friends. Friends called police and Erickson was arrested. He admits during the interrogation that he could be fabricating all of this in his mind. He is unable to provide any details of the crime. But none of this matters. Police want a confession.
