Afro-Belly Boogie is a fusion of African and Middle Eastern dance styles. African dance is celebrated for high energy and spirited movement; Belly Dance is celebrated by the sensuality and bodily control. You’ll experience the strengths of these two dance forms through a high energy workout and dance workshop! Join Angel on a high energy and rhythmic journey fusing the dynamic movement of African dance with the grace and flow of Belly Dance. Combined to create an exotic and joyous celebration of these two ancient cultures!

The Dance Masters of Belly Dance is now the Cultural Arts and Dance Association! This change will give us the ability to expand our focus on the greater community and support educational and sharing goals with local schools throughout the community.

CADA ~ Mission Statement:

I. Archive and preserve the diverse cultural arts throughout the communities that make up the overall American experience. Focusing on the music and dance which influence our society, from throughout the world;

II. Bridge the many cultural gaps through celebration and honoring each one through their arts;

III. Build programs, events and opportunities for artists and teachers to share their art throughout the larger community;

IV. To educate the public regarding the physical and emotional benefits World Dance.

V. To give community youth a place to celebration our great diversity through participation in a variety of supportive events including; arts, dance, hobby, gaming and other activities meant to fill in "at risk" times.

VI. To create vehicles through which young people can pursue their educational goals with support of scholarships and sponsorships for the arts.

CADA ~ Purpose:

* To teach, preserve, and promote the ancient art of Middle Eastern Dance;

* To create and provide opportunities for teachers, dancers, and musicians to study, educate, and perform;

* To foster self-esteem, creative growth, harmony and ethics in a family friendly atmosphere;

* To inspire an interest and appreciation for the lively arts from different cultures, encouraging peace and understanding in our culturally diverse world.
